‘Feel & Flourish’ is a monthly emotional alchemy circle for anyone who is tired of bottling things up, pretending everything’s fine, or trying to process life all alone.

Whether you’re someone who feels deeply—or you’re just starting to realize that your emotions hold more weight than you thought — this space is for you.

This is for the ones who are growth-oriented and self-aware, but still experience moments of:

  • Emotional ickiness or tension they can’t shake off

  • Desiring connection but not sure where to find people who truly GET you

  • Craving authenticity but feeling a bit stuck or unseen

  • Longing to feel more like themselves (again), but not sure how or where to start exactly

  • If you wish to deepen your relationship with your inner world & emotions; or if you’re craving genuine connection, perhaps a gentle reset—you’ll feel right at home here. Whether you’re navigating something heavy or simply want to feel more like you again, this space is designed to meet you where you’re at.

  • We begin with an opening circle to ground and center. From there, we move through a blend of somatic & energetic practices—like BreathPlay, EFT tapping, and energetic practices. You'll be guided into partner and group connection practices, followed by space for sharing and integration.


    No two circles are the same, but I hold each one with the intention to support your emotional freedom, connection, and inner clarity.

  • Not at all! Each practice is introduced in a beginner-friendly way. You’ll be guided every step of the journey, with variations offered to meet your level of experience. Whether it’s your first time or your fiftieth, you’ll be invited to take it at your own pace.

  • Totally normal—and you’re not alone. You’ll never be forced to share unless you feel ready. The circle practices are designed to build safety and connection gradually, so it’s not a jump from 0 to 100. Many people are surprised by how natural it feels to open up in a safe space... and even make friends that they continue to stay in touch with till this day!

  • Nope! While I had hosted mostly women circles in the past, these spaces are now open to all genders who feel drawn to the work. What matters most is that you come with an open heart and respect for yourself, others, and the Feel & Flourish container.

  • Each Feel & Flourish Circle is a complete experience on its own. You’re welcome to join as often as you like—some come monthly as a regular ritual, others drop in when they feel called. Trust your resonance :)

  • Here are some general guidelines I share with participants. I will also send you a message 1-2 days before the circle on how to prepare.

    • Connect with your intentions and feelings prior to the circle.

    • Wear something comfortable that feels like you—some come in their favorite sundress, others in workout gears.

    • Bring a notebook if you’d like to journal reflections during or after the circle.

    • Bring along anything that helps you feel safe and supported (crystals, essential oil, scarf, etc).

    • Try to leave a little buffer time afterwards to rest and integrate—you might not want to rush into a meeting or dinner plans right away.
